Financial Solutions for Seniors ~ Reverse Mortgages
Reverse Mortgages are one of the hottest topics among financial, insurance, and mortgage professionals.  Americans, age 62 and older have $4.3 trillion of household wealth and the number of pensions in America has declined by over 75% since 1985.  Advisors and seniors are looking for a New View on funding retirement in the 21st Century; one that allows the senior to satisfy both needs and wants.  This class details advantages, disadvantages, myths, and misconceptions surrounding reverse mortgages.
